Friday, June 29, 2001. 6:45 P.M. – Armitage/HalstedSociety Member Kristin Harris reported that she was stared down by a strange-looking man after exiting the Citibank ATM Kiosk on the corner of Armitage & Halsted. Jenny Mack, who was across the street at the Marquee Lounge having cocktails in the window with twelve coworkers also reported that she witnessed the strange looking man staring Kristin down. Further details will be reported on this strange case as they develop.
