Erin McAllister
An Officer Profile · The Society

Erin McAllister directs Membership, including applications, the roster, and New-Member Orientation. She wrote the current forty-seven-page application criteria and is happy to explain them. Applicants generally have one question; Erin likes to begin with the definitions.

Professionally: Erin is a Senior Tax Manager in PwC's Chicago Private Wealth practice. She prepares returns for thirty-eight Members and four of their husbands. She passed the CPA exam on her first attempt, a detail that tends to come up when someone questions her figures.

Erin grew up on an Iowa farm, attended Marquette, and made her home in Chicago. She lives on Burling Street with her husband Mark and their three children. Her black BMW X7 has a Cognac interior and the Illinois plate LPTS. Three other BMWs are on Turo. She has modeled the depreciation and will show you the spreadsheet if you seem doubtful.

Harbor Country: Erin and Mark have a summer house in Grand Beach, with groceries from Barney's, dinners at Brewster's, and coffee from Farmette. Margot found the house through Pemberton & Crow Provenance Group. Each describes the purchase as a favor to the other. They agree that the house is lovely. Read the Society’s dispatch from Harbor Country.
