You must be thinking of Michael Anthony Aveda Salon and Spa on North near the Clybourn Corrider. Just on the outskirts of the village proper. I go weak just typing Michael Anthony! I have gone there for some time now and it is the most fabulous place to unwind after a trying day.
Getting an appointment can be challenging for first-timers. LPTS members do get a free salt rub with the purchase of the full body aloe-sea algae treatment. If you're a member, just present your card when you check in. (I don't find your name in our member database, but we recently switched systems and are still updating info.)
P.S. Paige is the best colorist in the city. Tell her Ash sent you, and she'll fix you up!
