Welcome to TrixieUpdate for October 13, 2000!
EXECUTIVE BOARD ELECTIONS
Since the inception of the Society’s website, the LPTS has emerged as one of the most technologically innovative civic and non-profit groups in the nation. On Monday, October 16th, the Society will raise the bar again by offering the nation’s first 100% online election through its website, www.lptrixie.com. We encourage all members to participate in this historic event and help shape the future course of our trailblazing organization. Voting will begin on Monday, October 16th, at 10:00 A.M.
THE WEEK IN PICTURES
We’ve got a new Week In Pictures, depicting the quaint activities of the village in the fall.
COME RIDE IN MY JETTA
Board member Jill Martin writes this week’s Come Ride in my Jetta column, describing her horrific affair as she went condo shopping with her Fiancé in the west loop. Better to stay within the friendly confines of the village.
