What’s for Dinner??
According to the recent LPTS TrixiePoll, Ambria is the Society’s number one table for Valentine’s Day dinner. Closely behind is Tilli’s for some flatbread pizza and syrah near the fireplace, and in third place is Mon Ami Gabi for their excellent Pommes Frites…just so yummy!! The LPTS reports that a few hot tables, (albeit not at these choice establishments) remain available at
, the LPTS choice for online dining reservations.
And the Gift??
What should you surprise your Trixie or TrixieMale with this Valentine’s day? Give them something that everyone else in line at Starbucks doesn’t have, a membership to one of Chicago’s premier Health and Social clubs! As many of you know, everyone at the East Bank Club pays the same membership dues, no matter how long they’ve been a member. Well, not anymore! EBC recently introduced the “Young Adult” membership category, with monthly dues of only $100 and initiation fees of $250 (free if your parents are members). What the catch? You must be between the ages of 21 and 25 to qualify. The LPTS also encourages members to investigate the many membership options available at the Holmes Place Athletic Club (imported from London), soon to open at the fabulous new shopping center at North & Sheffield.
